We recap last night's Halloween, his thoughts on moving Halloween to a different night, and how good it was to have the Richard's Elementary kids have their parade. There was a report on Facebook about possible tampered candy given out in the Newport area and the Chief talks about what the PD found in that report, plus we talk about our favorite and least favorite Halloween candy.
